1.First of all create a fake email by using this site ---->www.temp-mail.org.
2.Now Step no. Two make A facebook account using this fake email which one you will get from the above site.
3.Now Step no. Three Go to the setting of your fb account.
4.Now step no. Four Click on payments option.
5. Now step no. Five Click on Billing then your advert account will be genrated.
6.Now step no. Six Go to the your page which you want to promote. There you will see Paytm wellet option Choose this option Add money to the advert account and promote your facebook page or post or you page's website.
PS - Only use above mentioned Temp. mail site Otherwise you will not get paytm wellet option.
